Litigation Support Paralegal

We are recruiting for a Litigation Support Paralegal to join a respected Dallas law firm with a strong commercial and financial services litigation practice. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on litigation support experience who is organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple attorneys in a busy litigation environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys through all phases of commercial and financial services litigation

• Organize case materials, discovery documents, deadlines, and trial preparation files

• Assist with factual investigations, document review, and discovery responses

• Prepare ESI materials and work with litigation support and e-discovery tools

• Draft pleadings, filings, and related documents for state and federal court matters

• Coordinate depositions, summarize testimony, and assist with case preparation

• Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and demonstratives

• Verify legal citations and assist with research using Westlaw

• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and outside parties

Requirements:

• Litigation support experience is required

• Hands-on experience with complex litigation matters

• Commercial litigation or financial services litigation background preferred

• High school diploma or GED required; paralegal certificate or related degree preferred

• Trial preparation experience strongly preferred

• Comfortable with MS Office, document management systems, litigation software, and e-discovery tools

• Strong organization, proofreading, communication, and time management skills

• Ability to manage competing deadlines while working closely with attorneys and staff
