Social Media Manager

About Us
We are building a high-growth Florida land investment brand focused on short-form social media content. Our content combines real estate investing, entrepreneurship, luxury lifestyle, and provocative, attention-grabbing messaging designed to generate leads and grow a powerful personal brand.
We already have a videographer and content footage. We need a talented social media manager to take our content to the next level.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute a social media growth strategy.
* Manage Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Create content calendars and posting schedules.
* Write compelling hooks, captions, and calls to action.
* Coordinate with our videographer and editor.
* Monitor engagement, comments, and direct messages.
* Track analytics and optimize performance.
* Generate qualified leads through social media.
Qualifications
* Proven experience growing social media accounts.
* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
* Experience with real estate, investing, personal branding, or luxury lifestyle content preferred.
* Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
* Ability to identify trends and create viral content opportunities.
* Miami-based and available for occasional in-person strategy sessions.
Bonus Points
* Experience generating leads from social media.
* Real estate or land investing knowledge.
* Familiarity with luxury brands, yachts, waterfront lifestyle, and Miami culture.
* Experience working with entrepreneurs and CEOs.
