Renewal Specialist

Managing renewal activities for multiple product lines, the full-time Renewal Specialist will coordinate and oversee all renewal tasks, serve as a point of contact for brokers and clients, and ensure timely outcomes in a hybrid/remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage and track all renewal activities from brokers and direct clients Deliver necessary reporting to reinsurance carriers for quotes and renewals Create and distribute renewal packages and conduct quality assurance of renewal applications Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of related experience 3-4 years minimum experience in healthcare preferred In-depth knowledge of Group health, life, dental, and STD products Experience with data analysis and manipulation within various carrier databases Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
