What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal intensive care within a 40-bed Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage
• Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Work closely with pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Lead care coordination for neonatal transfers and emergency situations
• Focus exclusively on NICU patients, with no nursery coverage required
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and clinical research
• Foster a family-centered care environment in a state-of-the-art NICU

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Valid medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Relevant neonatal intensive care experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
