Delivery Consultant (IT Recruiter) – Change & Technology (Insurance Industry) ***Agency IT recruiting experience REQUIRED. Insightful Talent is partnering with a staffing client in need of a Delivery Consultant to join their growing Charlotte office, supporting a high-performing Business Development team focused on recruiting Technology & Business Change professionals into the Insurance market (P&C, Life, Brokers, MGAs and InsurTech). Why this role: The Charlotte office is in a significant growth phase, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to become a market expert and progress into leadership as the office expands. Hybrid schedule – 4 days onsite with more WFH flexibility as you perform and hit your KPIs. Base + commission role – realistic to hit 50K in commission in year one. What you’ll be doing: You’ll partner closely with experienced sales consultants, owning candidate delivery from qualification through placement across both permanent and contract recruitment. Recruit Change & Technology professionals into the Insurance market. Support multiple experienced Business Development consultants. Attend client qualification calls with Sales to understand requirements. Build candidate pipelines and manage multiple concurrent searches. Deliver qualified candidates quickly while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Work across a mix of permanent and contract assignments. What you need to bring: 1-4+ years of agency recruitment experience. Strong delivery experience within Technology recruitment. Experience managing multiple vacancies and delivering against SLAs. Commercial awareness—you should understand your own billings, placement volumes and delivery metrics. Comfortable working across both contract and permanent recruitment.
