Required Skills:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in documentation and clinical record keeping

Nice to Have Skills:

• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) from an accredited program
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers
• Prior outpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Will accept new grads and first-time travelers
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week with 36 guaranteed hours
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week and seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily; double-booking follow-up visits expected
• Outpatient experience preferred; however, candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply
