Accounts Receivable Clerk

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receivables Clerk to support our administrative and accounting operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering data, scanning and organizing packing slips, tracking deliveries, and maintaining records to ensure efficient workflow and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases

Scan, file, and organize packing slips and related documentation

Monitor and track incoming and outgoing deliveries

Verify delivery information and resolve discrepancies when needed

Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner

Assist with accounts receivable and administrative support tasks

Communicate with vendors, drivers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments regarding delivery status and documentation

Generate reports and update spreadsheets as needed

Ensure all records are current, accurate, and readily accessible

Perform other clerical duties as assigned
