Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses

Schedule Options:
Full-Time: Four 10-hour shifts (4/10s), 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
Part-Time: Monday-Friday, 20-25 hours per week

Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an organized, proactive HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. As an HVAC Service Dispatcher, you will coordinate technician schedules, manage incoming service requests, and help ensure the daily operation of the service department runs efficiently and profitably. You will prioritize and dispatch work orders based on urgency, technician availability, and geographic efficiency while maintaining clear communication with customers, field technicians, and leadership. Throughout the day, you will review job notes, adjust schedules as priorities change, and help create an outstanding customer experience through proactive communication and organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience
• At least one year of call center or high-volume customer service experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceTitan experience
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry experience
• Previous experience coordinating field technicians or service routes
