Radiologic Technologist Trainer and Installer

Key Responsibilities Global Installation & Training: Travel internationally and domestically to install new X‑Ray equipment and conduct comprehensive, hands‑on training sessions for end users. Technical Support: Act as a first line of defense for our customers by providing expert technical troubleshooting via phone and email. After‑Hours Support: Participate in an on‑call rotation to ensure our global clients have access to critical after‑hours tech support. Production Collaboration: Work hands‑on with our internal production team to assemble, test, and build new equipment orders prior to shipment. Account Management: Take ownership of specific customer accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and managing their ongoing service contracts to ensure total satisfaction. Requirements Certification: Must be a Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent). Travel: Willingness and ability to travel globally (a valid passport is required). Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical inclination and comfort learning the technical hardware and software configurations of digital X‑Ray systems. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and clinical concepts to a variety of audiences. Customer Service: A patient, client‑first mindset with strong account management and problem‑solving skills.
