Retirement Plan Services Representative (AZ)

Role Overview As a Retirement Plan Services Representative, you provide high quality service across institutional participants, supporting external employer 401(k) plan participants with dynamic and complex needs. You assist with account and plan information, regulatory and tax‑related issues, and financial and clerical transactions via inbound phone calls and written communication. This role builds your financial acumen and communication skills into a successful career. Responsibilities Resolve client requests and complete transactions to meet client needs. Escalate issues as necessary. Provide assistance with account and plan information, regulatory and tax‑related issues. Process financial and clerical transactions via inbound phone calls and written communication. Strong learner’s mindset and appetite for financial acumen. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, preferred. Ability to complete the SIE exam and obtain Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines.
