IT Project Manager

What You Will Do Domain‑Specific Execution Facilitate domain‑specific program syncs, stand‑ups, and team coordination Support the domain's quarterly planning and capacity management Track domain initiatives, features, and epic health Manage dependencies within and across domains Process & Hygiene Ensure Jira hygiene and adherence to the product operating model for the domain Guide domain teams on change management and prioritization processes Maintain accurate data in Jira Plan View for domain work Support teams in following established standards and best practices Visibility & Reporting Provide visibility into what the domain team is working on and why Report on domain program status to leadership Track and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies Bridge Communication Bridge communication between domain teams and leadership Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in product or technology organizations Deep expertise with Jira and Confluence (administration, workflows, reporting) Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies Excellent communication skills—ability to translate technical complexity for different audiences Experience with capacity planning, roadmapping, and quarterly planning processes Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services or fintech Certifications: PMP, SAFe, Certified Scrum Master, or similar Background supporting product/engineering teams in a fast‑paced environment Familiarity with advanced Jira features (Advanced Roadmaps, automation, JQL) Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives Key Competencies Detail‑oriented: obsess over data quality, process adherence, and accuracy Proactive communicator: surface risks and blockers before they become problems Servant leader: exist to enable teams, not control them Systems thinker: see how work connects across teams and dependencies Pragmatic: balance process discipline with team velocity and flexibility Why Join Us High impact: work directly enables product teams to deliver value to customers Embedded partnership: part of the domain team, not an overhead function Strategic influence: shape how teams plan, prioritize, and execute Growth opportunity: build deep domain expertise and expand into program management or product operations leadership Collaborative culture: work alongside talented product, engineering, and delivery professionals Rewards We offer a robust package of employee perks and benefits, including healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision, EAP), competitive PTO, 401k match, parental leave, and HSA contribution match.
