- Technical Project Manager (TPM)Apply**Job#: 3037324****Job Description:****Technical Program Manager**Contract Duration: 4-6 MonthsLocation: Austin, TX (Onsite)**Overview**We are seeking an experienced **Technical Program Manager (TPM)** to provide short-term coverage for a critical team member supporting infrastructure and cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise environment.This role will focus on driving execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of key initiatives related to infrastructure, systems, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.**Key Responsibilities*** Drive execution across **multiple concurrent programs**, including infrastructure and AI-related initiatives* Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including **engineering, IT, store operations, and leadership stakeholders*** Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across programs* Communicate clearly and effectively to **senior leadership** on progress, risks, and outcomes* Support transition and alignment with **Amazon tooling and systems*** Operate independently with minimal oversight and **quickly ramp into active initiatives****Basic Qualifications*** 5+ years of experience in **Technical Program Management or Project Management*** Proven ability to manage **complex, cross-functional initiatives** in large enterprise environments* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership* Experience driving execution across **multiple concurrent workstreams*** Ability to operate independently and deliver results in **ambiguous, fast-paced environments****Preferred Qualifications*** Previous experience at **Amazon or similar large-scale technology organizations*** Familiarity with **infrastructure programs** (systems, hardware/software environments, deployments)* Exposure to **AI/ML tools or automation initiatives*** Experience working with retail or store technology environments *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
