Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Mental Health Worker for our client in Concord, NH 03301 . This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Mental Health Worker
Location: Concord, NH 03301
Duration: 6 months, possible extension
Work Schedule:
1 st shift MHW position, 6:45am to 3:15pm. (X1) - LOCAL NH CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE.
2 nd shift MHW position, 2:45pm to 11:15PM. (X1) - LOCAL NH CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE.
3rd shift MHW position, 10:45pm to 7:15am. (X2) - LOCAL NH CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE.

Orientation : (MHW) is Monday-Friday 6:45 am - 3:15 pm or 8:00 am - 4:00 pm for 5 weeks, beginning on a Friday (the last week is spent on your unit on your shift of hire)..

Job Duties

Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.
Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for patients in a psychiatric hospital setting.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Monitor patients' well-being and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Engage in therapeutic activities and provide emotional support to patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress.

Job Requirements [ Skills, Education, &/or Experience]

BLS, either for the American Heart Association (AHA) OR the client
Experience in a psychiatric hospital setting is preferred but not required
The ideal candidate is someone working towards a psych degree
