Application Support Technician

NOTE: This is a leave-of-absence coverage contract running from October through December 31st. Candidates must have prior banking/lending platform support experience. Contract Opportunity | October - December 31, 2026 Pay Rate: $34/hr - $40/hr (based on expreince) Job Overview: We're looking for an Application Support Technician with experience supporting loan origination and lending platforms within a banking environment. This is a short-term contract covering a leave of absence and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex production issues, working directly with end users, and supporting business-critical applications. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the day-to-day operation of the NewGen platform and related lending applications Monitoring and triaging ServiceNow tickets Investigating production issues, system errors, and loan boarding failures Working closely with business users, Help Desk teams, vendors, developers, and QA teams to drive issue resolution Supporting deployments, testing efforts, change requests, and documentation Managing operational processes related to customer notices, ACH files, reporting, and file delivery issues Must-Have Experience: 2+ years of Application Support or Production Support experience Banking industry experience supporting loan origination or loan documentation systems Experience with platforms such as NewGen, nCino, CSI, BakerHill, Abrigo , or similar Consumer Lending Operations and/or Consumer Credit experience ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience Incident management, production troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Experience coordinating with multiple technical and business stakeholders Exposure to IT change management processes Nice to Have: Why This Role?
