Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.**About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support business decision-making through financial analysis and planning. This role will lead a team responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.### Key Responsibilities* Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.* Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.* Monitor financial risks and implement controls to protect company assets and financial integrity.* Improve accounting processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automation.* Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.* Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital activities in collaboration with finance and treasury teams.* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.* Coach, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team.### Required Qualifications* 7+ years of finance or accounting experience.* Strong financial analysis and business intelligence skills.* Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver results.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.* Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and mentor others.* Adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.### **Education*** Bachelor degree OR equivalent experience**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program. Our people fuel our future.
