Professional Caregiver - Facility Experience & Hoyer Lift Skills Preferred

TheKey - - Responsibilities: Provide professional personal care and hands-on support, including bathing and toileting/restroom needs for elderly clients; Safely execute transfers and mobility assistance using gait belts and Hoyer lifts to facility-level safety standards; Maintain exceptional, clear communication with clients, families, and management regarding care notes; Assist with daily activities, medication management, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation; Provide safe transportation to and from appointments and errands as needed
