Broadridge is growing! The Product Lead will supports product strategy and execution across the Product team; providing dedicated support to the Vice President of Product and the larger management team. This role identifies customer needs assesses market competition and evaluates opportunities to enhance existing products and bring new offerings to market. The role leads complex cross-functional initiatives addresses emerging priorities and drives high-impact commitments to completion to reduce delivery risk and keep leadership and product teams focused on strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs market trends and competitive offerings to recommend the scope and direction of current and future product lines.
• Review product specifications and requirements evaluate new product ideas and proposed changes and recommend improvements that strengthen customer value and market differentiation.
• Bring new products to market by assessing product requirements and development plans preparing return-on-investment analyses and establishing delivery schedules with development and service delivery teams.
• Partner with Marketing Sales and other stakeholders to develop coordinated product introduction and go-to-market plans.
• Determine product pricing and coordinate the operational requirements needed to support product launch and ongoing delivery.
• Support the Vice President of Product and departmental management by taking ownership of emerging priorities and critical initiatives where additional expertise or capacity is needed.
• Provide direction to the portfolio manager clarify priorities and dependencies and drive critical commitments to completion.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives monitor progress address delivery risks and build consensus across product customer operational and service teams.
• Apply best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products services and execution.
• Serve as a resource for less-experienced colleagues providing functional expertise and project guidance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience in product management or a related discipline supported by relevant formal education or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of product management concepts and procedures with working knowledge of related disciplines and how they support product delivery.
• Knowledge of customer needs competitive dynamics industry best practices and the factors that differentiate products in the market.
• Ability to assess product requirements evaluate business opportunities prepare return-on-investment analyses and develop pricing recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives coordinate resources and timelines and deliver results within broad guidelines and policies.
• Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving skills including the ability to evaluate multiple sources of information and apply new perspectives to existing solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance manage competing priorities and take ownership of complex high-impact work.
• Ability to guide colleagues provide project direction and influence stakeholders across related teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.

This role is Hybrid meaning you will be assigned to our Long Island or New York City office and given the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.

Salary Range: $130000 - $155000 USD

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
