Job Description Job Description About the Role: ServiceMaster by Wise in Warren, MI is looking for a dedicated Pack Out and Contents Specialist to join our water and fire damage restoration team. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference for families and businesses recovering from some of their most stressful moments. Responsibilities: Carefully inventory, pack, and transport contents from water and fire damaged properties Assess and document the condition of personal belongings and household items on-site Clean, deodorize, and restore salvageable contents using industry-standard techniques Coordinate with restoration project managers to ensure efficient pack-out and pack-back processes Safely handle and store sensitive or high-value items including electronics, furniture, and documents Maintain detailed digital and written logs of all inventoried contents Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers during the restoration process Requirements: Prior experience in contents restoration, moving, or water/fire damage remediation preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate, professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency response situations IICRC certification or willingness to obtain is a plus About Us: ServiceMaster by Wise has been a trusted name in disaster restoration serving the Warren, MI area and surrounding communities.
