What You ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level-III NICU environment
• Manage care for high-risk infants, including premature and critically ill babies
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalist teams
• Support neonatal transports from regional hospitals
• Use evidence-based practices to deliver family-centered care
• Engage in clinical responsibilities suited for experienced NNPs in a busy NICU setting

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP-C)
  • Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
  • Florida RN and NP licenses; NC DEA license and ability to obtain Florida license
• Preferred:
  • Experience with high-acuity neonatal care
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a team environment
