Clinical Director (Pharmacy)

An institutional pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the clinical teams that serve the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, State Office for Pharmacy Services (SOPS). Director of Clinical Programs will be based at the SOPS office in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. This position reports directly to the Health System Director of Pharmacy and the Chief Clinical Officer. Job Description This position is client-facing and will oversee and direct our bench strength of clinical pharmacists, who provide innovative clinical services to clients located throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The candidate must have exceptional clinical, communication, analytical, collaboration, and time management skills. Clinical initiatives include collaborating with other healthcare professionals, involvement in a wide range of patient-directed pharmaceutical care and medication management initiatives for chronic care conditions. This position provides opportunities for professional growth and the ability to use clinical pharmacy skills at every level.
