Responsibilities
- Provide ICU nursing care for a broad patient population (pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric) within a high-acuity setting.
- Monitor hemodynamics, administer medications, manage ventilator support, and participate in invasive procedures within scope.
- Respond to emergencies, including Code Blue events, while prioritizing patient safety and rapid assessment.
- Document assessments, interventions, medications, and care plans in the Cerner EMR; ensure accurate and timely handoffs.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to infection prevention, safety protocols, and unit policies; participate in quality improvement initiatives as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN license in good standing; license verification required; permanent address must be included in submission and located 50+ miles from the facility.
- Minimum 2 years of current ICU experience; prior travel experience preferred.
- Cerner EMR experience highly preferred; active BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; TNCC highly preferred.
- Availability for 7:00 PM-7:00 AM shifts (3x12-hour nights) with a typical 36-hour workweek.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; ability to work in a trauma-level III ICU environment.
