The Department offers a full career ladder of graduate and undergraduate degrees, including an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling Track, and a Ph.D. in Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Counselor Education & Supervision Track. The Department also houses a number of extramural professional education, technical assistance and research projects. Additional information can be found at: This is an open rank, 12-month faculty position. The successful candidate will support the preparation of students who will become mental health practitioners. In addition, the candidate will contribute to curricula development and delivery for externally funded professional education projects, including the Academy of Peer Services, funded by the NY Office of Mental Health, which provides training for certified psychiatric rehabilitation peer specialists, as well as other projects that prepare individuals with the lived experience of mental illness to contribute to the delivery of mental health services.
