Operations Specialist (Data Clerk)

Oak Point Partners is looking to hire an experienced administrative Operations Specialist. This role is relied upon for a variety of process-driven activities in our complex operations and finance groups. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following: Organize and map incoming data to ensure consistency and accuracy upon receipt. Track and follow up on public records and data requests to ensure timely responses and resolution. Retrieve downloadable data according to established schedules, and maintain accurate, up-to-date registers and notes reflecting each update. Other data entry, research and adminstration related tasks. Protecting the organization’s value by keeping information confidential. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Detail-oriented and ability to keep information organized, consistent and error free. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products such as SharePoint, Word, and database systems generally. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders at all levels. Motivated with a strong desire to learn new skills. Education/Experience/Certifications 1-3 years’ work experience, preferably in administration, bookkeeping or data input and analysis. Ability to work in a fast-moving office environment, utilizing computer equipment for extended periods. Hours: This is a full-time in-office role. The company’s standard workweek is 40 hours with standard hours between 8 am – 6 pm but actual schedule can be flexible. This role may require occasional after-hours work. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary is $55,000 to $60,000, depending on prior work experience.
