A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $170000.00 to $180000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including shift location experience skill set performance licensure and certification and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing

WWT is seeking a Full Stack Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME). This individual will serve as the principal authority for full-stack architecture application modernization secure development practices and enterprise technology integration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Full Stack Engineer SME will lead the design development and optimization of scalable web applications across both frontend and backend technologies. The role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on development ensuring applications are secure high-performing interoperable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards zero-trust principles and complex cross-enclave requirements.

Knowledge/Skill Description:

• Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks backend technologies APIs and relational/non-relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture system integration and scalable application design.
• Experience with secure development practices DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in database design performance optimization and application troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and establish development standards across teams.
