What You'll Do

? Drive month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis


? Analyze inventory, margins, and cost accounting data to support business decisions


? Lead initiatives to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting


? Help develop credit review procedures and manage complex accounts receivable activities


? Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service


? Support audits, sales tax compliance, and financial reporting


? Help build KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the accounting function


What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Process improvement mindset-you naturally look for better ways to do things
• Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• ERP experience (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
