Overview Duty Manager - Portsmouth (Horndean) Premier Inn. 24 hours per week, paying up to £13.86 per hour. Immediate start. Relevant leadership experience in retail or similar roles is an asset. Role: Lead our team to ensure our hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and of high quality. What you’ll do Lead a dedicated team to ensure the hotel runs smoothly, delivering a welcoming, safe, and excellent guest experience. Maintain health and safety standards and oversee day-to-day hotel operations. Inspire others through clear communication and strong organisational skills. Requirements Experience leading people in retail or other roles with demonstrated leadership ability. Ability to deliver outstanding customer experience and manage a reliable team. Available for immediate start; leadership experience relevant to the role.
