What You’ll Need:

• Current Educational Technician II or III certification
• Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and specialists in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to nurturing social-emotional and academic skills
• Flexibility to adapt to daily challenges and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with K-5 students who require additional assistance for life skills development
• Implement individualized and small group instruction as directed by certified teachers
• Assist with classroom routines and reinforce positive behavioral support strategies
• Provide encouragement, structure, and patience to foster student independence
• Support students inside and outside the classroom during various daily activities
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
