Senior Project ManagerMUST HAVE:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field5 years of commercial construction project management experienceRetail/Remodel/Structural Steel ExperienceDAY TO DAY:The Senior Project Manager oversees the full scope of construction management and financial cost control. You will review project documents, address design issues, assist in bid preparation, and plan logistics, safety, and scheduling. Coordinate daily with the team, manage staff and budgets, ensure quality control, maintain schedules, handle client communication, and manage contracts and payments. Complete punch lists, close out contracts, finalize budgets, and document lessons learned.OTHER:Manage 3-4 projectsMileage ReimbursementPersonal office401(k)/PTOBenefits include but are not limited to: Medical, Dental, and Life InsuranceCandidate Details 5+ to 7 years experienceSeniority Level - Mid-Senior Management Experience Required - No Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree Willingness to Travel - Occasionally
