Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and capture detailed technical and business requirements while ensuring alignment with J&J processes and Technology Services (TS) standards.
- Lead whiteboarding and collaborative planning sessions to define architecture, workflows, and project approaches.
- Manage projects involving AWS and Data Warehouse integrations , including data flow and system coordination.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource coordination.
- Proactively schedule meetings, drive discussions, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Act as a self-starter who can independently organize tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and move projects forward efficiently.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager leading technology-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of AWS, data pipelines, and data warehouse processes .
- Ability to translate technical discussions into structured project plans.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience working with Johnson & Johnson (J&J) or similar large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
