It's very common for newly affiliated real estate sales agents to have multiple transactions in their first few months.

This can be you. Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers

• Must have knowledge of Florida real estate contract forms.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Self-motivation and drive
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Tech savvy
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
