This is an onsite position as an escrow officer Closer for a real estate attorney office in Clearwater, Fl. Duties and Responsibilities: Emphasize the features of services / products to highlight how they solve client pain points. Service existing accounts by promoting company products and follow up with clients to continue to foster relationships. Coordinate marketing efforts with team members and assist in establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule. Collaborate with colleagues on projects and networking/promotional events. Assist with client event planning and preparation. Our company needs to be the trusted source and teach agents. Promote goodwill and convey a positive image of the company in community. Master the following applications: Qualia, Closing Schedule and Net Sheets for Listing Agents. Sending completed loan documents to mortgage companies. Procuring assumption and payoff statements. Ensuring escrow funds have been deposited. Preparing escrow instructions. Verifying all purchase requirements have been met. Requirements and Skills to Master: Flexible, coachable and well-organized. Professional customer service skills. Driven and ambitious. Confident self-starter, positive and effective communication skills. Notary Closer and become RON Certified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
