Job Description
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide community-based services that help individuals manage daily living activities, prepare meals, and receive behavioral support. You will also maintain accurate daily progress notes and complete incident reports as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily living activities in community-based settings.
- Prepare meals and assist with meal-related routines.
- Deliver behavioral support tailored to individual needs.
- Document daily progress throughout each shift.
- Complete incident reports as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in direct support services.
