Biotech B2B Account Executive - Territory Growth & Impact

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Business Account Executives (BAEs) in St. Louis, Missouri. This role focuses on promoting AMVUTTRA™ and educating healthcare providers about TTR amyloidosis. Qualified candidates will have a strong B2B sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
