Hospice Volunteer

Do you want to give back to your community in a meaningful way? Endeavor Hospice is looking for volunteers to provide support and companionship to our patients. Possible Responsibilities: Completes administrative tasks like general clerical and office duties. Provides bereavement services such as mailings and/or grief support calls. Provides companionship to patients and families. Performs simple household chores for patients and families. Run errands. Provides music and/or pet services. Performs life review. Performs flower arrangements and delivery. Performs birthday services. Sewing and/or quilting services. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Excellent communication skills Good listening skills, and ability to follow instructions Volunteers are not paid employees, and do not receive compensation or benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
