Qualifications & Mindset Arizona state board of RN nursing license Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently while excelling in team collaboration. A compassionate, dependable, and service-driven mindset is essential. Preferred Previous experience in hospice, home care, or general healthcare.
