Job Summary
Crumpton Welding Supplies is looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team in our Tampa location! As a Delivery Driver, you are a key member of the team. You are responsible for delivering gas cylinders and hard goods to our clients. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday. No weekends.

Responsibilities

• 1 Year of delivery driving experience preferred
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and different routes
• Follow route and schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 to 100lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Must have Class B CDL and Hazmat Endorsement - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THESE
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships with current customers and vendors
