Brand Content Creator In presence onboarding please note that, during the first few months of your employment with us, a period of in-office work at our Barcelona offices is required. After this initial period, you will have the flexibility to choose your preferred location and work fully remote. Pack is growing fast across Italy, Spain and France, and right now our brand doesn't look as good as the company we're becoming. We're looking for a Brand Content Creator who can translate what Pack does into content people actually want to watch, read and share. This isn't a social media management job. You won't be scheduling posts from a laptop. You'll be at client sites filming testimonials, at events capturing real moments, in the office producing product demos and founder stories, and then turning all of that into content that makes Pack look like the brand it's becoming. You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing and our Marketing Specialist, and you'll be one of the most visible people behind Pack's brand in 2027. About The Role This is a perfect position for: People who already create content — and have a portfolio, not just a CV People who shoot, edit and publish end-to-end, without waiting for a brief People who want to own a brand's visual identity from the ground up People who want to take part in building this amazing startup This role is highly on-the-ground. Most of your best work will happen outside the office: at events, at client sites, next to the people whose stories you're telling. You should be comfortable travelling across Italy, Spain and France, camera in hand. Responsibilities Produce content on the ground: travel with the team to events in Italy, Spain and France, visit clients and film their stories, and capture what Pack looks and feels like from the inside, turning it into content that works on Instagram, LinkedIn and beyond Build Pack's visual identity: we want Pack to feel like Notion or Canva: clean, intentional, instantly recognizable. You'll define and own the visual language across Instagram and LinkedIn, and make sure every piece we publish fits that standard Tell product stories: spend time with our Product team to understand what Pack actually does, then find the most compelling way to explain it visually, without ever making it feel like a product demo Interview clients and founders: run short video interviews with HR Directors, CHROs and our founders Pietro and Giacomo. You know how to make people comfortable on camera and how to pull out the one sentence that says everything Manage the production workflow: from shoot planning to editing to publishing, you own the end-to-end process. You work fast without sacrificing quality, and you know when something is good enough and when it needs another pass Requirements Knowledge A strong portfolio of short-form video: this matters more than anything else on your CV Confident with a camera: framing, light and sound in real conditions, not in a studio Editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci or equivalent) and a fast turnaround Solid design sensibility — you can build and hold a visual system, not just make single nice posts Native-level Italian and strong English (B2 minimum); Spanish or French is a real plus Comfortable interviewing people and directing them on camera Passion for startups and learning through practice Self-starter mindset Curiosity and resilience Comfortable in fast-paced, flexible environments We're not looking for the "perfect" CV, we're looking for the right person. Our Pack For You Compensation €33.000 + €16.500 (€49.500 OTE uncapped) Contract Working hours: full time Contract term: freelancer We have set a Performance Review System that applies to 50% of the RAL as a bonus but there is no cap. It means that if a person over-performs 100% and/or the company does so, bonuses will be linked to the over-performance.
