Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $20 per hour About the Role:
Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our onsite team in Laurel, MS. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel and computer skills, eager to support our daily business operations through data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintenance in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
• Create, update, and format Excel reports, including using basic formulas and organizing data
• Review data for accuracy and completeness; correct errors as needed
• Assist with tracking orders, inventory, or production data
• Generate and distribute routine reports to team members and leadership
• Organize and maintain digital files and records
• Support general administrative tasks such as email follow-ups, document preparation, and filing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas; VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP a plus)
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data systems)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in administrative, data entry, or planning support roles
• Familiarity with inventory, production, or order tracking systems

Work Conditions:

• Temporary/contract position
• Standard office environment
• May handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
