Finance Manager

We're partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed manufacturing company who is looking to add a Finance Manager to the FP&A team.
This is an opportunity to help "build" and not just "maintain." Gain meaningful exposure to executive leadership and have a part in the decisions that will make an impact on the future of the organization.
This is a highly strategic role, reporting to the Director while partnering directly with the executive leadership team to influence pricing, product strategy, forecasting, profitability and investment decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly business reviews for operational functions
- Serve as the finance leader supporting Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
- Partner with leaders to improve working capital, operational efficiency and manufacturing performance
- Develop financial models, evaluate business cases and capital investments
- Presentations to executive leadership
- Build scalable financial reporting and KPI's that support continued growth
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A
- Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain organizations
- ERP and BI tools
- MBA, CPA or CMA preferred
- Experience in a high-growth or PE-backed company preferred
