We're hiring an Onboarding Specialist who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll own customer onboarding and compliance operations end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives on autonomy, high-velocity execution, and building relationships from first touch to close.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new B2B customer onboarding, identifying high-risk factors and escalating to legal and compliance as needed
• Maintain fast turnaround times across the onboarding lifecycle, balancing regulatory requirements with client delivery expectations
• Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and drive timely account approvals
• Support audit and compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal control standards
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements that boost onboarding accuracy and speed

Qualifications:

• Experience in BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, or compliance operations at a bank or fintech is preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment under time pressure
• Clear written communicator who can defend a risk decision simply
• Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance

Compensation

This is a high-autonomy role where you'll directly impact company growth. You'll work with innovative, early-stage startups and gain exposure to complex financial workflows and global operations. The expected compensation for this role is $80k.
