Coastal Building Inspector - Codes & Compliance Specialist

The Town of Emerald Isle is seeking a Building Inspector to join our Planning Department. You will review plans, advise on code compliance, and inspect construction to ensure adherence to state and local codes. You will work with contractors and the public, issue permits, and help enforce regulations while maintaining strong customer service and attention to safety in our coastal community.
