Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient

Facility Name: Phelps Health Medical Center Waynesville Position: Physical Therapist (PT), Outpatient Shift: FT Days Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping others and is a team player. In this role you will work in a fast‑paced outpatient center serving pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients. Responsibilities Evaluate a patient’s condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them improve day by day. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow‑through programs that build on progress. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges to patient records. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition. Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable laws. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
