We are looking for passionate professionals to collaborate with our dynamic team in Hollywood, FL, and help clients achieve their goals through effective behavior analysis. Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Monitor and analyze client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress reports.
- Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and related fields.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
- Provide training and support for families on behavior management techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and ethical guidelines.
- Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client success.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
