What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality BCBA oversight, primarily via telehealth

• Conduct in-person sessions when clinically necessary, with clients located near you

• Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans

• Mentor and support a team of RBTs who are eager to learn and grow

• Collaborate closely with families to drive meaningful progress

• Help shape the clinical culture of a company that’s built the right way
