Sales Trainer and Quality Control ManagerWe are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Sales Trainer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who knows sales from the inside out, understands what separates average salespeople from top performers, and can take ownership of developing a high-performing sales team.We are not looking for someone who needs to be told what to train or how to train it. We're looking for a self-starter who can identify opportunities, build effective training programs, coach individuals, and continuously improve our sales process.What You'll DoDevelop and deliver engaging sales training programs for new and experienced sales representativesLead onboarding and ongoing sales educationTrain reps on sales process, presentation skills, objection handling, closing techniques, and customer interactionConduct role-play sessions and provide constructive, actionable feedbackWork one-on-one with sales representatives to identify weaknesses and develop improvement plansObserve sales calls and appointments to identify coaching opportunitiesPartner with Sales Management to improve overall team performanceTrack training effectiveness and use performance metrics to identify areas for improvementContinuously develop and improve training materials, presentations, and processesStay current on sales techniques, industry trends, and best practicesHelp create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performanceWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is:An experienced sales professional with a proven track record of successA self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told what to doConfident leading a room and commanding the attention of a sales teamAn excellent communicator and presenterComfortable giving direct, honest, and constructive feedbackHighly organized and able to manage multiple training prioritiesCompetitive, energetic, and motivated by seeing others succeedSomeone who understands that effective training goes beyond a classroom-it requires coaching, follow-up, accountability, and reinforcementComfortable using sales metrics and performance data to identify opportunitiesAble to build credibility with salespeople through real-world sales experiencePreferred Experience3+ years of successful sales experiencePrevious experience as a sales trainer, sales manager, or sales coachExperience training in-home sales, remodeling, home improvement, or another consultative sales environment is a major plusDemonstrated experience improving sales performance through coaching and trainingWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, success isn't simply measured by how good the training sessions are.
