The role also involves maintaining strong connectivity with other partnership teams, monitoring the external environment for competitive developments, and sharing insights with key business partners. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of partnership or business development experience, with a proven track record in negotiating commercial deals and creating value. Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in developing partnership strategy and negotiating deals in or with financial services or technology companies. A background in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or product management is also desirable.
