This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orthopedic products while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company quality standards. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring healthcare providers and patients receive products accurately and on time. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Process shipments using warehouse management systems and shipping software.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as authorized.Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Assist with inventory transfers, returns processing, and special projects as needed.Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and customer service goals.Qualifications RequiredHigh school diploma or GED.1+ year of warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.Basic computer and data entry skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication and organizational skills.PreferredExperience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.Key CompetenciesAttention to DetailTeamwork and CollaborationCustomer FocusReliability and DependabilityTime ManagementSafety AwarenessQuality Orientation
