Lot Coordinator

Truck Country is looking for a dependable Lot Coordinator to manage the daily organization and appearance of our new and used truck inventory. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the movement and placement of new and used trucks throughout the dealership.
• Fuel, wash, and detail trucks as needed to ensure they are customer ready.
• Perform routine lot checks to maintain accurate inventory placement.
• Keep the dealership lot, sidewalks, and walkways clear of snow, debris, and other hazards.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership appearance.
• Support the sales and service teams with vehicle staging and general operations.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Class B CDL preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
