A growing wellness and spa organization in Madison is seeking an energetic, polished, and sales-minded Spa & Sales Coordinator. This client-facing position blends hospitality, relationship building, sales, and administrative support to create an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through the door.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and create a warm, professional, and polished experience during every visit
• Learn about each client's goals and recommend services, memberships, and packages that fit their needs
• Confidently explain service benefits, pricing, promotions, and available options
• Guide clients through purchasing decisions in a helpful, consultative manner
• Manage appointment scheduling, client check-in and checkout, and payment processing
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients by phone, text, and email
• Build lasting client relationships that encourage repeat visits, memberships, and referrals
• Maintain accurate client records and complete assigned administrative responsibilities
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, restocking, and maintaining an organized environment
• Support community partnerships, promotional activities, and occasional off-site mobile events
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide attentive, coordinated service
• Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team-focused workplace

Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, retail, membership-based services, or another client-facing environment is preferred. Previous spa, healthcare, or medical-office experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule and Availability

This is a part-time position offering approximately 20-30 hours per week. Weekday and weekend shifts are available, and regular weekend availability is required. Occasional community or mobile events may take place outside standard business hours.
