Director of Finance And Administration

We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance & Administration to join our leadership team in Houston, TX . This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on finance professional who wants to build, improve, and lead, while partnering closely with company leadership to help take a growing organization to the next level. What You’ll Do As our Director of Finance & Administration, you will play a key role in the company’s financial and operational success. Own the financial planning process — Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning. Turn numbers into strategy — Build financial models and provide meaningful analysis that supports growth initiatives and major business decisions. Drive profitability — Monitor financial performance, identify trends and opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve margins and operational efficiency. Partner with leadership — Work closely with department leaders to establish financial accountability, track performance, and support data-driven decisions. Manage key relationships — Oversee banking relationships, insurance programs, vendors, and other strategic business partners. Strengthen financial operations — Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Ensure compliance and accuracy — Collaborate with external accounting and tax professionals to maintain accurate financial records and meet reporting requirements. Help build for the future — Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, reporting, and financial infrastructure as the company continues to grow.
